Purple Skies & Constant Lies
Every night at midnight, the purple clouds came out to dance with the blushing sky. You might wonder how clouds could be purple. It's not something you see every day. I mean... sure, sunset creates these amazing skies of reds & oranges in the fall... and then you have cotton candy skies in summer with beautiful blues and pinks. It's as if you could reach up and pluck the cotton candy clouds right out of the sky. BUT PURPLE CLOUDS? Well, I hate to break it to you but it's me. It's always been me.

#heartshapedeverything #721
I'M SELF PUBLISHING A PHOTO BOOK AND I NEED YOUR HELP! What is #heartshapedeverything #721? A few months after tragically losing my dad, I found a heart shaped rock on my 21st birthday. I saw the numbers 7:21, $721, HWY 721, license plates with 721 EVERYWHERE. My dad passed away on 7-21-06. I kept finding heart shaped rocks and eventually it turned into heart shaped everything. All of these "little" things were BIG in my stages of grief. I'm definitely a spiritual person and to me... these were all big signs.

Brain Training for the Highly Sensitive Person

Highly Sensitive People: Superpower vs. Burden
I’ve always felt out of place. As if no one quite understood me and the things I would see or say were misunderstood. Almost to the point of feeling like they didn’t believe me. I could sense it because I observed their behavior and noticed a change in their tone. It was subtle, but it was there. So many times when I wondered why. Why is the world the way that it is? The universe is such a mystery filled with wonder.

Clouds of Smog.
The day started out like any other day, only it wasn't any other day. It was really far from any other day. Sure, the sun rose and the birds chirped but the sky was foggy and gray. You could see bits and pieces of ash drift through the air like rain. I should know, the roof of my house was gone. I could clearly see the not-so-clear sky directly above me as I gazed from my bedroom. Or, what used to be my bedroom...

Imperfect Foods: and Why I Love Them
I was 30 seconds away from signing up with Misfits Market when a friend mentioned that you don’t have a lot of flexibility with choosing your items. She recommended Imperfect Foods. I’ll be honest, I had not heard of either of these companies. While I don’t have any first hand experience with Misfits Market, word of mouth typically affects my decision making unless I have my own experiences to attribute.
