Symptoms Of The Valley
Today is another day wrapped in mystery missions and hot summer days at our lake house. My parents are here taking a break from traveling and “questionable occurrences”. Sometimes you need to reset and relax, but it does not stop them from talking about their missions with the families around us. Uncle Wren is here along with three other families in the secret mission business. It is great to see other’s that are just like me. Some of them are recorders others are not. We all have different jobs, for example, there are historians, researchers, negotiators, accountants, public relations, and customer service. Sure, there are inside names we go by, but this is how we appeal to the outside world when doing our secret mission work. I identify as a historian (recorder) but also have researcher qualities. I mean you cannot tell everyone what is going on in a “secret mission” business right?

3 Doors Down
I was so close to going on a “secret mission” with my grandfather, but my parents were finished with their last mission earlier than expected so they decided to take it instead. At my age, there are not a lot of missions I can go on so I was drooling at the chance to get my mind emersed in a mission. I hear that it is a good one to investigate. My mom and dad called to fill me in on their last mission and I am going to tell you about it right now.

Dimensional Chocolate
My grandfather and I are waiting on my parents to return from their latest mission. I cannot wait until they return so that I can record their findings. Until then the story about the missing family had to have an explainable outcome, so I contacted my Uncle Wren. He is in the family business just like my dad, his brother. We are allowed to talk about the “secret missions” with other family members that are in the family business. Anyone else in our family or friends can never know what we are doing. The way it has been explained to me is that there are certain people that are chosen to see and understand the things that cannot be seen and understood by the masses of people. There are a few families that have special abilities and the birthright to do the work required in these missions.

The Audubon Lake Diaries
I hate small towns. You can see the same person every time you walk out of your door. How am I supposed to find interesting stories to explore when that same person I saw at the grocery store is the clerk at the library? They know the same things! I cannot get a different perspective or make a new friend.

Warrior Wings
The day started as a cold wet mess. The morning fog hung low around the abandoned buildings. The dew clung to the ground and its stickiness was felt in the dirt. Visibility was limited as looming shadows showed remnants of multiple accidents, pieces of metal strewn sporadically about. There were many footsteps searching for help and pattering around in panic.

Relationship Goals
Everyone has relationship goals, and they should. The infamous list of what a person would like in their love relationship has been highlighted by many as their bible for a perfect relationship. At some point in history, this “list” becomes so important that it has placed a concrete block in the minds of those that partake in the list to not think outside of its bulleted points. Every person encountered is measured and compared to the “list”. Friends are notified that the person you were on a date with didn’t meet everything, but could provide the potential to receive a checkmark on your “list”. At some point. I will ask one question: How has the “list” been working for you?

Device of Hope
"My locket! My locket! Johanna, have you seen my Locket'? Mya searches the street corner where she was standing and tried to retrace her steps when she felt another shove from a stranger hurrying to get inside their home. Mya could not understand why that person even touched her. There were only roughly 6 million people left in the world. There was plenty of space to walk. Johanna her little sister was a few yards away from her searching for the locket. Mya wanted to hurry and find the locket so that she could get home and write in her diary about the day's events. Today's diary entry was going to have a lot to do with the pending excitement.

Story Bean Giant
The greatest gift to humanity is imagination. Something I could get lost in forever, but forever was not always a focus. You see, when I was younger, I was told to get my thoughts together to be an adult. Studying, getting good grades, and be gainfully employed so that I could teach another generation how to do the same thing. As the next generation came about in mid-2009, late 2011, and early 2014, I realized that I liked them just the way they were. I loved that their imagination was so contagious that it ignited my imagination.

Focusing Your Hustle
I love the mind. The most powerful thing we own, or for some, think we own, is situated at the top of our bodies. You know why? Because this is where it all begins and begins again for us each and every day. The mind never stops its purpose. It reminds me of the Lamb Chop Play-Along Song That Doesn't End. I'd like to change the words to; One day we started thinking, not knowing the power it absorbs, and the mind just keeps on going forever just because.........

The 3 E’s of Evolution: Educate, Expand, Engage.
I wanted to hide when the bottom fell out from under my belief system. I had panic attacks. I thought I was going to drop dead and float in an abyss of nothingness in the afterlife. I was straight-up scared. I needed something and didn’t know what. If I could just get a clue as to who, what, where the information I needed was located. I would have run there as fast as I could. For newcomers and “searchologist “like myself, I have a little advice for those that are at the point of finding out who they really are.

4 Things Consistency Will Kill
I’m not the best person to talk about consistency but I am the best person to talk about consistency at this time. I coupled consistency and discipline together because I hate what they both require, but love the results they produce. Consistency has long been a thorn in my heel and I had to make up my mind to rock with it no matter what was going on in my life. Here is a list of the 4 things that being consistent killed for me.
