The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild
The animation borrowings from the IP of the Ice Age, but it is not a series with the original five episodes, so there is a big drop in quality. Not only is there minimal screen time for the original mammoth, saber-toothed tiger and the long-winded guy, but there's not even the iconic squirrel picking up pine cones. I have to say, Ice Age is a very interesting animated series, and it also made blue Sky Studio. It feels like Blue Sky studios and Pixar are on equal footing with each other in this series. Unfortunately, Blue Sky Studios has also disbanded, the classic Ice Age is over, and the future spin-off is likely to be just a gimmick. Going back to the story of the film, the plot is basically that evil wants to rule the world, but good uses all its power and luck to defeat it. It's a happy movie for adults and children. However, it is no longer in the realm of adult cartoons. After all, for me, there is no joke in the show. The whole story knows the end from the beginning, which looks like chewing wax. The funny of the two opossums, like the clowns in the 18th rate circus, felt funny, but couldn't laugh.

'Encanto' and Mirabel
Millennials and Mirabel have a lot in common when you think about it. A lot of kids in this generation were described as 'gifted' and smart and talented from very young ages. As a kid, I was very smart and was reading at a high school level when I was in elementary school. A few of my friends excelled in sports beyond average players for their age. One girl in my second grade class actually invented a toy for her brother who was a toddler and patented the product and sold it.

Disney Inspired Lesson
It's February. Black History Month. I'm in school now myself, so things that would be on the edge of my consciousness usually, are a little more front and center currently. I'm not only thinking about all the emails received in my school email telling of upcoming events, but also things like book bans (because this affects my future career) have me paying better attention to the going ons within my own community.

Why I Don't Hate Abuela from Encanto
Warning - This article includes spoilers of Disney's Encanto. Disney's Encanto has become an obsession in my house. We watch the movie and or listen to the soundtrack at least once a day. The catchy tunes and relatable storyline provide fun for the whole family. We all love Mirabel, Antonio, and who could forget Uncle Bruno. We sympathize with Isabella and Luisa, who are dealing with the pressures of appearing strong and perfect when the reality is quite the opposite. Both of Mirabel’s parents are amazing. We love the healing power of Julieta and the goofy yet authentic support of Agustin. The passionate relationship between a Pepa and Felix captivated us. Their older children, Dolores and Camilo stole the show, even with minimal screen time. The only bone of contention within our home and the general audience at large is with Abuela.

Why Did I Wait So Long To Watch Love and Monsters?
If you appreciate post-apocalyptic comedies, then Love and Monsters is a must watch. I admit, this was one of those titles that I scrolled right on past every single time I saw it. I don’t know why, I love dystopian and post-apocalyptic movies, so this should have been right up my alley to begin with. I mean, the cover image is fantastic and I absolutely adore Dylan O’Brian.
