'Where The Crawdads Sing' Review
THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE A MOVIE BASED ON A BOOK. Spoilers Ahead, obviously. I am a huge fan of this book, a friend lent it to me years ago and I read it over 48 hours. Yes, it took be six months to find the time and energy to read it but once I picked it up I could not put it down. It's a murder mystery wrapped in the story of a girl who's an outcast in her hometown, yeah there's also a love story mixed in with abandonment issues but we'll get to that in a minute.

Homelander Has Lost His Mind
Okay, so Season 3 of The Boys has been moderately okay and I think I know why it's felt subpar: Homelander. Homelander has been living this season off the high that white males in the Rust Belt of America loved his rant of so-called patriotism. He calls out Vought because he feels repressed and neglected, much like a toddler throwing a tantrum for getting in trouble.

Every once in awhile, you find a movie that you have to call a film. Now Guy Ritchie has a varied history with his career as a movie director. He's made some good stuff, some bad, and some in between. From 'Snatch' to 'Aladdin', it's fair to say that you truly do not know what you're going to get when you see one of his films for the first time.

Growing Up Millennial
So, I've been noticing a trend lately among my generation. Those who have kids, are raising them more gently that they were raised and I totally understand why. The world is a horrible, scary place and they're preparing them to be tolerant and mindful and environmentally conscience.

Don Wong Review
Don Wong is a force to be reckoned with. Both comedically and probably physically too. I've never seen a woman spend so long talking about enjoying blowjobs so much in my life, I was fascinated from the very beginning. She somehow makes blowjobs sound empowering for women, which is weird because it's an exhausting activity in general which in my experience doesn't necessarily mean as a woman I'll be getting the same treatment. But after hearing her talk so aggressively about them, with several demonstrations, kinda makes me wonder if I've been thinking about them wrong this whole time.
