Just a few days ago the first plane left Kenya for the United States, where Kenyan teachers are headed to their new jobs as teachers. There will be thousands of Kenyans going to various countries around the world for new teaching jobs.

These Kenyans will be paying taxes back in Kenya, then paying taxing in the United States and other countries. They are going to be double taxed, many will be supporting family members still living in Kenya.

The cultrual shock will be a large one, the majority of the Kenyan population are Black people, these western countries are not the same. The United States may have some horrible racism but it is one of the most diverse countries in the world in terms of race. Even in terms of languages spoken by the millions of immigrants to the country.

However American english is much different than the British english that many Kenyans speak very well.

Some things that might be concerning for incoming Kenyans, polygamy. Kenyan men are allowed to legally have multiple wives. I can speak first hand on not having any power over stopping my Kenyan husband from marrying multiple other women. As a matter of fact, my Kenyan husband could even be within this group, he's a graduate with a teaching certificate.

Finding a teaching job in Kenya though, very difficult.

Another issue I foresee, the seperation between student and teacher bounderies. Kenyans beat their students, even though there is a claim that beating children in Kenya was outlawed, it still happens in the country.

In approrpiate physical relationships is also an issue in Kenya, one would think that a Kenyan would know not to do so in the United States.

Kenyans like Nigerians are some of the biggest Donald Trump supporters, many political leaders love him as well. The former president of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta was said to have used the Trump team when campaigning for his second term in office a few years ago.

First Batch of Kenyan Teachers Exported to the US Under Govt Initiative

The Kenyan Government on Saturday flagged off the first batch of teachers who had secured job opportunities in the United States.

This followed a policy and regulatory framework regarding teachers’ labour mobility that was agreed upon by the State Department of Diaspora Affairs and the Teachers Service Commission in February 2024.

The first batch of teachers being exported to the US was seen off by Ambassador Isaiya Kabira who is the Secretary of Investments and Entrepreneurship.

A statement from the State Department of Diaspora Affairs revealed that this was an initiative to source job opportunities abroad as a way to enhance Kenya’s socio-economic development.

“In line with the mandate of the State Department of Diaspora Affairs to promote the welfare of the Kenyan diaspora, the recruitment initiative offers comprehensive support during the transition period through pre-departure sessions,” the Department revealed of the exercise.

“This initiative emphasises on the broader impact of labour mobility and Kenya’s position in the global labour market.”

William Ruto is sending Kenyans all over the world for employment, he's even sent hundreds to Israel. Which is a sign of a slave trader. There have been several Kenyan women killed in Saudi Arabia, which I've written about several times.

Sadly most Kenyans would rather stay in their own countries but when there is a lack of employment and means to live in the growingly expensive country.

President William Ruto is trying to cool down his own countries as the Gen Z protests have rocked the country. Kenyans have even made comments that many of these teachers don't look like they belong to the Gen Z population.

FIND BELOW REASONS WHY #RutoMustGo.

He is selling Kenya to the highest bidders and shipping Kenyans off to pay for all his plans. He apparently thinks this is the way to build a country. He also doen't know the names of all those killed during the country wide protests.
