What is anxiety, when you think about it? Is it panic or the fear of feeling stuff falling apart? How do you get it? What do you get when its from delusion or the paranoia mind going off? Often from research if you have anxiety you will get a variety of delusions from it, from worries you may have. The scary feeling is which is worse you may ask yourself on a daily basis is paranoia worse or anxiety as you suffer around trying to find out why people play on these things and how to prevent it. There are ways we treat this on the daily and by we I mean the doctors we trust and go to. How you may ask? one way is cognitive behavioral therapy, which means that it is a short-term therapy technique that can help people find new ways to behave by changing their thought patterns. The second is through medications especially anti-depressants.

Lets break the two up to talk about by starting with the first one. Delusions being a tough part of life. It is rough suffering which makes it more difficult to keep a job at times. To wonder if you'll be able to live the next day and what maybe fighting you? One worst of all is the delusion of grandeur. "A delusion of grandeur is a false or unusual belief about one’s greatness. A person may believe, for instance, that they are famous, can end world wars, or that they are immortal." It is scary to the fact they may pass from it? It appears periodically and is scary and unknown. Even scarier they may actual have the belief that they can read ones mind.

Anxiety as we always know can be cruel at most part be used to control, as we live our everyday life. How are we controlled you may ask? People using manipulation acts are the worst I feel around us. We look at the symptoms we may see around us. While you see someone showing the sign of nervousness, being restless or even tense. Even as well as having an increased heartbeat with the sense of danger. While the start sweating and trembling, with rapid breathing! As they try to avoid the things that trigger there anxiety can be overwhelming and need medical attention. All these things on one person should never be embarrassing and should never be shamed in not asking for help at the bottom of the this there is websites to help find therapy and help.

Paranoia can be the worst in our life even though we don't fully know it, yet. You may feel threatened or in danger to the point of breaking. even though little or no evidence. This to us feels more symptom to the other's on this note. This could be a number one symptom, so how do we fight paranoia? Getting proper rest is a helpful way to stop, but we wonder how? By changing environments to a more easier one to gain rest and watching what we are drinking before sleep. Even making a schedule to help our life make it easier. Also by spending time in nature and staying active.

Coming to a conclusion in this it may be rough the mental state we are in.
