So, I was watching this Cracked video on 4 types of bullying that we're surprisingly okay with and I remembered the way that bullying is something that I had to work through throughout my life; both as it was happening and dealing with its after effects.

The Stigma Attached to EUPD and PTSD
When I tell people that I have Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, they look at me as if I am crazy and often avoid me like the plague. They assume that I am violent or dangerous to be around. This conception is just two of the stigmas attached to my illness. It also gets mistaken for Emotionally Unstable Borderline Personality Disorder, which is the same thing but a different type of illness.

Isolation and Anxiety
Mental health transparency is becoming a more and more mainstream with each passing year. I know more about my friends’ mental health concerns than I ever expected that I would. I know who struggles with depression, who struggles with anxiety and I think it’s amazing that they feel like they can share those struggles in an open forum without feeling like they will be ostracized because of it.

So, Chester Bennington is dead via suicide. He was the lead singer of one of my favorite all-time bands. Chris Cornell was too and, in fact, if Eminem and RHCP went next that would probably be my all-time top four.
