The crackling of the fire, the stockings hung with care.

For hopes of good intentions and cheer.

Families all together laughing, and happy with care.

Being merry, and love holding onto good memories for all.

As I sit in the silence wishing I was home with him.

I feel lost and depressed suffering in the memories I can't make yet.

While others seem to enjoy, laugh, and have fun I am allow without those I love, but who could tell.

Hidden behind smiles, and joy no one will ever know how I feel.

Now one will ever know, I want him now.
