Self-love is a gentle flame,
That burns within us every day,
A light that guides us through the dark,
And helps us find our own true way.
It starts with small and simple acts,
Of kindness to ourselves we give,
A moment's pause to breathe and rest,
And time to simply just live.
To love oneself is not a sin,
Nor is it selfish to be kind,
For when we care for who we are,
We heal the wounds we often find.
We learn to see our beauty bright,
And value all that we can be,
And in the warmth of our own love,
We find the strength to set us free.
So cherish who you are today,
And all the things that make you you,
For in the love you give yourself,
You'll find a life that's bright and true.
