I love you but..

When you love them but you can't be together.

By Lindokuhle MgwenyaPublished 10 months ago 1 min read

In twilight's dance, our hearts converge, yet paths diverge, a bittersweet surge. Love's whisper lingers, a cherished refrain, yet destiny's course, we can't restrain. Like stars that share a distant glow, our souls entwined, a tender flow. Embrace this truth, a gentle plea, love's essence thrives, unburdened and free. A canvas painted with friendship's hue, in every moment, I'll cherish you. Let not the realm of romance define, for love transcends, an eternal line. With grace, we journey, souls aligned, treasured bond, forever entwined. For love's expression need not sway, in myriad forms, it finds its way. I'll hold your heart, forever true, in love's pure light, I'll stay with you.
