Monsters Beget Nightmares

A reign of blood

By Eloise Robertson Published about a year ago Updated about a year ago 1 min read

Queen Genevieve was known as a humanitarian, her husband a murderer, and her first-born son a cruel tyrant. The grandchildren were feared, and their cousins' betrayers.

The children's children are as good as their upbringing, so unsurprisingly they fought each other till death for power.

Clubs, swords, guns, poison, bombs… no matter the weapon of choice, war is waged from the greedy little hearts inside rotting blackened vessels.

For the decendants to be the nightmares of humankind, Queen Genevieve must have been entirely horrifying.

Blood runs thick over the countryside as blood runs through this family's veins.
