The Art Professor's Tale
The Art Professors Tale Part 1 Strands of long black hair fell from his lowered head hovering above the teak wood adorning the top of the desk. Worn hands failed to conceal the unsteadiness he felt inside as they shuffled through papers. Fingers filled with tremors of his emotions lingered on individual pages before moving on to the next. Eyes unable to focus through the blur of his thoughts stared blankly at words written in meter and verse.

Goodbye to romance
Dear Reader caution you these words. This prose, this rambling of a darker kind may disturb your musings. For it is written in the view of a deranged mind. In the perspective of a killer who knows only the depravity that swirls inside the decadence of warped sensibilities. So go yee forth with armor to fortify thy soul, to protect thy innocence. Or if thine truly desire the ugly rapture of the shadows of our world then proceed to thine unpleasantry openly. -

The Easy Job. Top Story - June 2023.
Sheets of bank paper float on drafts of air. Wind rushes from vacant spaces where glass panes used to be. Last images of a life lost. The bank manager's eyes stare at me from where he fell on the floor. His mouth moves slightly in desperate gasps for air, he won't get. A lake of red expands across marble tiles. All of his tomorrows are gone, and so are mine.

The still warm mouthpiece of my water pipe sits only inches from where it left my wicked lips. Her image still lingers in the reflecting glass, haunting me. My poor dead stepdaughter. Daddy’s perfect little princess all rotted away.
