Ecofeminism – The augmented reality of ecology
The overwhelming evidence of the IPBES Global Assessment, from an extensive range of various fields of information, affords an ominous image,” stated IPBES Chair, Sir Robert Watson. “The health of ecosystems on which we and all different species depend is deteriorating extra rapidly than ever. We are eroding the very foundations of our economies, livelihoods, meals safety, fitness, and the best of lifestyles internationally. The trade-off between the existence of humans and nature can reside amicably if we chose to create a balance between the two. Statistics show that natural habitats that bind the very foundation of our ominous ecosystem are getting disrupted because of human whereabouts. The balance can be achieved through ecofeminism. Happiness is overrated- A reality check you might need to hear today
Happiness is overrated. As we stir upon the journey of life, the moments we experience exasperate to become the existence we dwell in. The story we tell our minds about the idealistic quality of our lives, whether we have achieved it or not, is the narrative that we hold for ourselves. Perception creates reality; quite arguably, the judgement of the worth we hold for ourselves is the reality we manifest. The worth that forges its being from the outside often stalls and cripples us into the notion of self-doubt. We are so rooted in being validated by the world that our happiness fosters a tendency to become like a ball bouncing from one side to another. When it hits the appreciation of others, our joy soars high, and when it is pushed away with criticism, it is nothing but a lie.

Affirmations for self-belief.
Often in life, we get too bogged down and bothered by our externality, that we forget life is not happening to us, rather it is happening within us, what happens in our external environment is a reflection of what is happening internally. To win in life you must win your mind. The inner world and its conflicts often manifest as circumstances we dwell in our existence.

The trade-off between Toxic Masculinity and Modern Feminism
Introduction The resiliency and cognitive tenacity of humans, who are complex beings, enable them to lay the framework for civilizations that bind people together in a feeling of community. Humans are creatures known for their interactions with society. A society lays the breeding ground for the coexistence of multiple dualities to transcend within each other and live in harmony.

The art of absolute surrender
The art of absolute surrender To be everything that we yearn for to come true, and to not be a failure, an agonized loser in the eyes of others. We toil in our everyday trials to achieve our dreams, to become the person of our dreams. Sometimes we doubt ourselves, are we worthy enough to be the best version of ourselves we envision ourselves to be? The journey of life can be behold in its uncertain waters, questioning the belief we have for ourselves.
