"The Power of Collaboration in Design"

As a young architect, I had always been taught to work independently, to rely on my own creativity and expertise to bring a design to life. But it wasn't until I stumbled upon a small, innovative design firm that I realized the true power of collaboration in design.

The firm, called "Coalesce," was made up of a diverse group of designers, engineers, and artists who worked together to create stunning, functional, and sustainable designs. I was drawn to their unique approach and decided to join their team as an intern.

My first project with Coalesce was a sustainable community center for a local non-profit organization.
