How To Find Your Perfect Cannabis Dosage
Whether you are cooking or baking, it is imperative that you find your perfect cannabis dosage, and know how much you should include.
Listen to your body. Body mass, age, and metabolism all come into effect when ingesting cannabis into your system. Not everyone is the same when it comes to dosage. Experiment and see what the correct amount is for your body. What may work for you may not work for others.
Start your recipes off with the smallest amount of cannabis possible. Remember––you will not always feel an immediate effect from the cannabis after ingesting. For example, one dose of THC can correspond to 10 milligrams as its unit. Experiment with how many doses are ideal for your body.
In converting cannabis in alcohol, you can easily self-titrate. In layman's terms, this means discovering how to find your perfect cannabis dosage. In order to self-titrate, ingest five to 10 drops of your prepared drink (Cannabooze) into half of a glass of water. Allow up to an hour to feel the effects, and determine for yourself whether or not that is the proper level of effectiveness for you. If this is not effective, try again the following day, as trying again the same day may skew your results. Strength will vary based on the quantity, amount, and type of marijuana. Be careful, and monitor your dosage!
