What... Me?

Meeting Myself

In the silent corridors of my soul, I roam,

A seeker of echoes from a distant home.

Lost amidst the whispers of the past,

I tread the labyrinth, seeking shadows cast.

Through the veils of time, I strive to peer,

To unravel the self, once crystal clear.

In the mirrors of yesteryears, I gaze,

Hoping to rekindle a forgotten blaze.

A tapestry woven with threads of change,

I navigate the realms, wide and strange.

Footprints left in the sands of memory,

A map to guide this journey to rediscovery.

The mirror reflects a face I used to know,

Yet veiled in layers, a gradual overthrow.

The contours of identity, once defined,

Now blurred, entangled, subtly intertwined.

I chase the whispers of a distant tune,

A melody that danced beneath the moon.

Lost verses etched in the heart's old song,

I yearn to decipher where I went wrong.

Through the valleys of introspection, I climb,

Scaling the peaks of a forgotten paradigm.

Glimpses of authenticity, now concealed,

A quest for the self, forever revealed.

In the hush of solitude, I find my voice,

Echoes of dreams, buried by life's noise.

A mosaic of passions, colours untold,

Unfolding the narrative that time holds.

I shed the layers, like autumn leaves,

Each step, a promise that the heart believes.

In the alchemy of rediscovery, I strive,

To unearth the essence, to feel alive.

Through the dance of shadows and fading light,

I reclaim the fragments, embrace the night.

In the crucible of change, reborn anew,

Rediscovering myself, in shades of true.

For in this journey, a phoenix may rise,

From the ashes of old, a soul that defies.

A metamorphosis, a spirit set free,

Rediscovering myself, the truest me.
