This was Then, That is Now

When familiar souls meet again.

Sun-kissed by your aura,

have we shined in a life before?

Iridescent light dances in the spaces between your eyelashes

kaleidoscope prisms appear when they meet.

Pink skies,

vibrant

with purple sunlight and blue stars

challenge the constructs of time.

This was then and that is now,

relativity parallels a crash collision.

Are you sure we haven't met before?

Suspended in space,

grounded in matter

In your arms I feel the embrace of many moons.

Subtle whispers combine and harmonize

composing a tune of unconditional unity.

My soul dances to the beat of the cosmic wind

sweetly strumming the heartstrings--

can you hear the colors?
