The Silence

without you beside

Drowsy with a pool of thoughts,

Invoking the power of sleep was unlikely,

Sound of conch poking the nerves,

Twisting to see at the emptiness,

Reverberating in my ears,

An avalanche of your snoring,

Can't get over the rhythms,

That drums to play karaoke,

Inherent part of our existence,

Our oaths, gone with the wind,

Numbness is to sleep in silence.

Bombarded with thoughts, I chose to put them on paper, and here I am learning to write.

Evolving over time, through experiences, and here I am trying to act mature ;)
