The Separation [A Nonet]

A burning chasm tears through my heart,
As I lose the life that I knew,
My knees give way beneath me,
By losses crushing weight,
I wail through the night,
What did I do,
I beg you,
Come back,
Please.

Dang. This really feels like the grief of a loved one dying. Can feel the hurt and sorrow of this person. Good job!
