“Jonathan… what did you do?” David says. Jonathan is seen walking slowly towards David down the shore with red smoke flowing around him. “Even now… you blame me for everything!” Jonathan screams as lightning shatters the sky around David but David blocks it off via green energy. “Jonathan! Stop! Please! I know you’re still in there. Remember me. Remember us. Please, Johnny! Come back to me. You don’t wanna do this!” exclaims David as he grapples with Jonathan. Jonathan scoffs: “You have no idea what I want. That’s always been your problem. And now it’ll be your downfall!!!”

David tried to reason with his misguided love. “Jonathan please listen to me! I love you! Don’t do this!!!” David sees Mother Nature out of the corner of his eye approaching Jonathan from behind. “You…LIAR!!!!” He screams. “Then I hope that one day you will forgive me one last time.” David sobs as he embraces Jonathan in a fierce hug. Jonathan is suddenly engulfed in green energy as Mother Nature and David both vanquish him far out to sea. They could see Jonathan thrashing in the waves desperately trying to stay afloat. Eventually, however, he tires and succumbs to the Sea. Mother Nature tries to console David as he runs off in tears. David: “I never meant for him to die!!! I’m sorry. I’m so sorry!” He sobs and screams as he runs harder. Mother Nature looks out to sea where Jonathan fell… as a sudden storm sweeps over the chaotic tide rolling in.

Lightning strikes the spot where Jonathan Fell not once but twice. A sudden wind picks up billowing Mother Nature’s green dress. She looks down as the tide turns crimson red and pools around her petite toes, pulsating with the residual power of Jonathan. Mother Nature swipes her hand across the wind as the wind dies down and the sea turns back to blue. “I hear you out there… and you will NOT harm him. I bind you deep into the depths of the sea… NEVER TO RETURN!!” She screams against the wind and the tide. She hesitates in emotion half-sobbing due to having never wanted to inflict this curse onto another living creature let alone one who is loved dearly by David… but she must to ensure the safety of him all the same. Mother Nature proclaims her final vow: I bind you, Jonathan Connelly… to the Catacombs. Forevermore you shall never rest within its many walls. The corridors beneath the deepest Trench of the sea shall forever be your prison.” She can already see David returning back in the distant shoreline. She turns her back on the sea, shaking herself out of the self-doubt of what she has just done. She walks to David. Though, unbeknownst to David and Mother Nature… a blue light sparks from under the waves. Could it be Jonathan rising from the sea with yet another newfound power? Or is it just a trick of the many halls and corridors of the Catacombs keeping him imprisoned with trickery?
