Sleepless Nights without You
A Poem
Night after night, nightmares plague my heart and mind.
Fears of never seeing you again.
I just want to be in your arms again.
I want to clinge to your side.
While you sleep right by my side.
I want to follow you everywhere to the bathroom, to the living room who knows.
The saddness of being apart from you for to long has left me scarred.
Do you feel it in my arms?
When you said we are one, do you feel my sadness as thought it was yours.
I know I am a headache and a pain, but I don't want to be on your brain.
I want to be inside of your heart, where it double beats music of our love.
The sadness is overbearing inside, I had it feeling this way.
I wouldn't wish this on my enemy the pain of being without their soulmate.
Sometimes it hurts waiting because it's to much and I just want to run away back to you.
But that's not the way.
Do you want the same?
It's the little things I miss, but no I gotta stay with this.
