Relative boundaries

The way some feel while some don't

Relative boundaries

It was the fifth ball of the 19th over,

our rival was the batting side,

yes, our favorite one.

Our motherland had to defend,

just five runs off,

in two balls.

Oh, our best bowler ran in,

Woah! It was a brilliant yorker.

it almost chopped into the off stump.

Our crowd began to sing,

the songs of victory..

our team's spirits arose!

Then six runs off one ball,

that was the equation.

The ball was slightly over-pitched and,

lead to a full toss,

batman brought the face of the bat,

to it so solidly.

The ball was in the sky for a while,

It went and went,

and almost crossed the boundary line,

entire pavilion sank in the silence.

Was it a six?

Umpire went upstairs to the third umpire,

there on the big screen,

the replay was running...

Our opponent crowd was yelling,

with joy as if it was a six,

they would have won!

There the replay came,

everyone watching the match,

at pavillion, at home from the TV,

was nail-biting impatiently and,

praying the ball to be landed,

before the boundary line!

But some never even noticed,

that as such a crucial moment of the game,

Why Why Why?

Because they were not in the same vibe,

as the rest of were!

Then that decision and boundary lines,

are nothing to them at all.

Every vibe is relative,

which makes the way to unique triggers..

Hence no one is wrong,

it's just the way it is.

Oh yes, there the final decision came up..

Would you believe it?

It was only four runs,

which meant we had won,

the match by only one run.

So did you feel it was a thing to cheer?

If so do cheer, otherwise, you may not!
