Would you like to partake in this Regretful Blackout Aperitif?

I am sure it will leave you with a brief belief

that you are the chief of love of life, so sweet.

Now take a seat,

have a gulp to feel complete,

And hopefully,

you will not find yourself

after lying in the street.

Regretful Blackout Aperitif

Ingredients:

One lost soul

2 oz’s mind maze

¾ oz regretful reality ruins

¾ oz Imbibe insomnia incline

½ oz Regretful ruins

How to mix and make maudlin mayhem:

First, pour 1 lost soul into the false courage chair

Second, pull out the doubtful mind shaker

Thirdly, add the 2 oz mind maze with the ¾ oz regretful reality ruins and

¾ oz Imbibe insomnia incline

Shake the liquid snake.

Spill the deviant alleviate into the blackout mug.

Garnish With: Add a few sorrowful salutes of grandiose bravado.

Cheers!

I'm not much of a drinker, but I'm sure I've had one or two of these. Bottoms up!

  • This was soooo creative and clever! Well done!

I love this - well done!

  • Marvelous poem, though I'm likely neither to find myself nor have anyone else find me, with or without the apertif.

  • An interesting take on the situation. Love it
