Red eclipse

Exhales of cold mist, float above the ashes of a broken palace

Crows in black clothes, feed on the sadness of a lost promise

Light fades to night, flowers bloom in little pieces of grace

Innocent screams, fall quietly from mouths without a trace

Parables flash tales, eyes close to search the dark for peace

Sinners sing hymns, guilty lips read verses of a sacrifice

Earthly sunlight casts blood, across a moon's embrace

Acrostic

Somehow this was really very visual to me, like, I'm looking at it in a gallery, in a frame.
