Postpartum

Words from a new mother.

By Muma JoJoPublished 14 days ago 1 min read
Smiling with my baby :)

Postpartum. More like. Post war.

Defeated. Destruction. Exhaustion.

Depression.

Recoop. Your. Thoughts. You. Will. Be. OKAY.

Baby is out. Mother is forming.

Empty. No one inside.

Feelings of pain. Confused. Dazed.

I wanted this? How can this be? This way.

Post-partum thoughts.

About the Creator

Muma JoJo

Poems from a deranged, sleep deprived muma. Trying to make sense of a world that seems to be falling through my fingers.

(Expressing thoughts in moments of dispair, it’s not always roses)

P.S I’m loving being a mum, I’m completely ok!
