He sits in bed bewildered with little hope
From being beaten by the bottle that he couldnt cope
The Founders were sitting at his side
Telling him their stories of how they restored their lives
Reading from the book together the words helped him to prey
Where he became strong enough, no longer needing a hospital to stay
Attending daily meetings he became a stable member
Owing his sincere graditude to two humble servants he would always remember
