Pink Bakery Box

Dainty & Delightful

By Ryan BurkeyPublished 11 months ago Updated 11 months ago 1 min read

Is there any sight

Which thrills the eyes

More than that

Of a dainty pink bakery box?

Children and adults alike

Young and old all delight

In the delivery of such a cheerful box

Can you see what’s inside?

Some have a clear cellophane window revealing their contents

While others, windowless, tantalize our minds with their mystery confections

Could it be donuts with sprinkles?

Or a decadent three-tier cake?

Perhaps pastries,

Frosted cinnamon rolls,

Or cookies that are perfectly baked?

Who cares?! Just open it, friend!

No matter what sugary treat awaits

Joy will assuredly be found in each taste

This magical, pink box

That evokes nostalgia and romance

And brings a smile to every face
