New Years

in january on new years i met someone who i thought was perfect for me. he had a nice smile and eyes and always made me laugh. he said i love you first and stayed with me when i thought he would leave. he read my writing and let me open up to him. and he was cheating. he was lying to my face. between the i love you’s and the pinky promises and the i’ll never leave you’s he was cheating. and he didn’t care enough to post me but now he’s posting all the girlfriends that came after me. now he’s calling them all the names he didn’t call me. now he’s walking around with my trauma in his back pocket and i gave it to him. i shouldn’t trust people anymore…

lots of love,

the girl you broke

I hope you’re okay Bella 😭 Screw that dude that lied to you, you deserve better and you’ll find it.

  • when you’re broken, reach out.
