It Is Okay to Be Sad!

Feeling sad can vary, but it’s important to see how much you’ve learned and grown from it. At first, it might have been tough, but now you understand things better when you’re sad.

Everyone has their journey to happiness, and it’s like homework for each person.

Be brave when facing sadness; if you were brave enough to stay in it, be brave enough to leave too. You don’t have to know everything before leaving; sometimes, you figure things out as you go.

Leaving doesn’t mean you have all the answers — learning along the way is okay. Just know it’s okay to struggle, but also be courageous to move forward and find comfort gradually.

Sadness also is a gift! So embrace and learn from sadness.

It is okay to be sad!
