Don't Compare Me To Anyone Else

I am me, not you or them

Don't compare me to anyone else,

I am me;

Not you or them,

I do things differently,

Dress a little quirky,

But I have my style,

That keeps me happy when I smile,

Don't compare me to anyone else,

I am me;

Not you or them,

I may be loud when I'm happy,

I'm sorry, do you prefer me snappy?

Don't compare me to anyone else,

I am me;

Not you or them,

And,

Me is who I'd rather be,

Comfortable with my personality;

It's not a sin to love who you are,

Or to be comfortable in your own skin.
