Honestly, we hear a lot about motivation. Almost every 3 scrolls to be exact.

How to enhance it, where to buy it, how to turn it on at the gym, but the truth is, your BEST morning is found in your every day habits.

It's found in the simple things you are already doing.... your favorite book, a new latte flavor, listening to a new podcast while you work (wink, wink), saving up for that vacation you can't stop looking at on your screen saver....

The truth is these are all the real activities that help keep you inspired, motivated and lift you up on a daily basis.

The small things you are doing every day create your level of happiness. Yes, even just walking is proven to enhance your day to day routine.

So, how do we keep a positive vibe going on even the most mundane days? Simple: Have fun with your life again!!

Here are the BEST tips to experiencing an amazing morning, every day, for the rest of your life.

1. Let Your Day Be BRAND New

Hi, welcome to your new day. Before, you scroll IG, check your horoscope or creep the guy on Snap that never texted you back- visualize your new day.

Lay in bed for a few minutes and simply let your breath and imagination do the work. Let your mind: let go and simply, start a new day.

Letting yourself fully awaken into a new day gives you a fresh attitude. It gives you a new sense of purpose because the truth is, this IS very much a NEW day!

Every day is a new day, so why waste in on yesterday?

A brand new day means you'll experience something new.

A lot of times we "carry" the same energy from the previous day, into our new day because we are on auto-pilot in the morning.

Alarm, scroll, coffee, rush, running late, traffic.....pause. Rewind. Go back to the part where your alarm when off and simply, start with your breath, start with breathing, start by relaxing into your bed and coming back into your senses.

Good morning, it's a new day and just simply becoming aware of your surroundings reminds your mind that today is new.

This absolutely changes the vibe of your day! Start fresh, start new, by relaxing into your surrounding to wake up your awareness.

Once you've fully grasped that new sense of awakening, arise with....

2. Music

I mean, Missy Elliot, music make you lose control was so right - music sets the tone for your life. It does.

It is an actual positive vibration and essential to healthy living.

Starting your day with music is VIBE changing. It will, quiet literally, lift your mood, so before the news, before the morning scroll, before you read an article that gets you going, try your favorite song and watch how exciting your morning routine becomes!

Playing music. Starts music. Within you. It's poetic and it's true. This is how your attitude shifts into FEELING more positive which brings a new sense of....

3. Gratitude

Having an attitude of gratitude is actually a lot easier than you think, let me ask you a question:

How many things do you love?

There is truly, always, something to love and be grateful for, even in the worst times. Even in a breakup, even in a failed test, even in tragedy, there is truly always a yin to that yang.

The key to gratitude is to simply think about any "enhancement" you have in your life right now.

So, maybe you failed the test, but, what enhances your life right now? Clothes. Food. Good Friends. So, maybe you don't have the paycheck you want, but, what enhances your life right now? Electricity. Water. Music. Art. Family.

Everything that enhances your life, you love!

These "enhancements" are all things that make life worth living everything else is just a BONUS, so instead of talking about the traffic, talk about your nice car, the working heat and arriving safely.

Talk about THOSE things. Talk about the funny podcast show you listened to on the way to work that you need to download, like immediately. (shameless self promotion drops now)

The major game changer here is to recognize the enhancements and only talk about the things you love that ENHANCE your life. No complaints. Just thanks.

This is where a true attitude of gratitude begins. Being grateful for everything you have in life that enhances your life in a positive way which ends up enhancing those things 100 times over.

The little things, now becoming the most amazing things.

The cup of coffee. The leaves dancing in the street. The old couple holding hands in the park. Those moments become ENHANCED! And, now you're noticing it, again.

You're noticing the beauty of life.

The truth about life is there are always SO many beautiful moments around you, right now, even if you can't see it, it doesn't mean it's not there. This is why we need to SLOW down and ENJOY the moment.

When we rush, we miss out on the magic and beauty found in the moment, and that's why it may feel like there's "nothing" to be grateful for, but when we slow down, it's always all around us.

Love is everywhere. Gratitude is just taking the time to look for it and notice it.

Today I challenge you to look for ten things you love. Right now, look around you, look around the room you are in for 10 things that you absolutely love, and say what you love out loud.

Make it your mission to look for things you love, every single day. Start with ten and then move up to 100. Yes, 100.

You may be thinking that's too much, but once you start admiring the beauty around you, it amplifies into an uncounted measure. You simply can't count the amount of beauty surrounding you, once you start to look for it.

"I love these curtains, I love this candle, I love her shirt, I love this coffee, I love when the seasons change, everything is so pretty"....these statements of gratitude, add up to a new sense of genuine appreciation and develops into a contagious attitude of gratitude.

Once you are truly grateful, affirmations become your second language and you'll be embodying this new loving idea about yourself, your life and everyone and everything you come in contact with.

You truly run your day, every day, with your intentions and you can create anything in this world that you set your mind to; so set positive intentions, right from the start, and I promise, you will have the BEST morning, day, and life.
