In my life and personal experience I found that health is the most expensive matter of our life. To maintain it we need to charge it with different healthy foods, foods that contain high levels of vitamins and energy that boost you’re every day. Your daily eating plan should consist of different healthy vitamins. Vitamins help your body to grow and work the way it should. There are some essential vitamins — vitamins A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron, Folic Acid, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, and Calcium. Vitamins have different jobs to help keep the body working properly. It protects you against many chronic no communicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Here are the 9 healthy foods that make you live better and longer.

1. Water:
