Concealing the storm by a simple smile within them.

SMILE,a short and simple word, to do is as simple as a piece of cake. Every one knows how to smile. A simplest thing in the world is to smile but a worst thing is to conceal, cover and veils your emotions and keep acti as nothing is happening in your life.

No one knows that the p who is smil is suffering from which kind of storm. There is a whole story behind every smile and every happiness. There must be some people who won't believe, for them there are some of the examples to clear them out about the idea that happiness and sadness live side by side.

Firstly, i am pretty sure that you suffered from the situation of opening any video or any document by only observing their thumbnail but when you opens that it shows some other type of story not related to that thumbnail and your mindset. This is what fake smile is.

Secondly, there are some quotes that will help you out to understand this issue. Well said that " FOOLS ARE THOSE WHO BELIEVE THAT SMILES ARE THE SIGN OF HAPPINESS". Smile is basically all about the fakness and cover from sadness. You have observed people who always smile and keeps you happy but what they are facing is a big storm and they are handling it with a simple tool : A SMILE

Thirdly, some of you may deny and some may understand that every person show behavior with their respective environment. People show different behavior with their family, friends, official work. In some environment they are happy, in other they are sad and they also give neutral behavior at some places and company. If that person stays happy with their friends, it doesn't mean that the person always stay happy everywhere. You cannot neglect his or her behavior in other's company.

One of the reasons behind the sadness behind the smile is societal pressure. In today's image-driven culture, there's an expectation to appear happy and successful at all times, regardless of what's happening internally. This pressure to maintain a facade of happiness can lead people to suppress their true emotions, resulting in a profound sense of loneliness and disconnection.

Furthermore, it won't be wrong to say that a person's attitude and personality also leads to a fake smile with a big frustration within. It is because people want to compose and cover their personality in front of other. They want to be alone to hear and feal their emotional distress.

However, it's essential to recognize that behind every smile is a person with a unique story, one that may be filled with both joy and sorrow. By fostering a culture of empathy and understanding, we can create a safe space for individuals to express their true feelings without fear of judgment or rejection.

Additionally, reaching out to others with kindness and compassion can make a world of difference to someone struggling with the sadness behind their smile. A simple act of genuine connection or a listening ear can provide comfort and validation, reminding them that they are not alone in their struggles.

At last, i can only say that you are not the one facing and struggling in life but the fact is life is itself a struggle. No one gets full out of it. No one is complete. No one is happy but every one is sad. It is not the way to come out of your problems by concealing and covering it. Covering or ignoring your wound will not treat it rather it will make it more worse and at the end you will be finding a way to release your frustration on someone through anger or stress. It's better to consult someone at best time to make your life much easier for yourself.
