Being a Top Writer

Medium top writer

I just became a top Writer, and of course, I'm happy. At least that's what I think, that someone does when they become a top writer on a platform where lions dominate writing.

And over these seven months as a member of Medium, if there is something I understood here, it is: man, do not invent, write something serious and true, that contributes to the life and growth of those who are reading your story, no matter which one be your lineage of writing.

If you are new here in Middle, or old but it is difficult to connect what you want, you need to escape the reasons detailed below.

1 - Stop being a Charlatan

If there is something wrong, that social platforms have taught new content creators, it is being charlatans. People who are struggling for something improperly.

Stop wanting to grow in a career, being a self-interested creator. A creator who only wants followers, views, fame, and a lot, but a lot of money, with a fake content.

If you came to write on Medium, because someone announced that Medium's partner program is flawless, you need to know that Medium is not for you. Medium is for serious people, interested in writing serious subjects, be it poetry, humor, theater, journalism, entrepreneurship, freelancing, making money online, relationship, etc. do it professionally and politely, so that the person who reads your story does not feel ridiculed.

2 - Vocabulary and Grammar

If there is something wrong, that social platforms have taught new content creators, it is tolerating any kind of grammatical vocabulary, whether oral or written.

If you are interested in starting a career as a writer on Medium, you need to learn to write, and to define your scriptural phrases well. Several subjects are teaching you how to correct your vocabulary and improve your grammar, such as the Grammarly application, it is free, you can use it to correct your essay, and leave it in line.

3 - Become an impulse creator

If there is something wrong, that social platforms have taught new content creators, it is to do something on impulse from other creators like him, people who have tried something and started to make a profit in some branch of life, and go out there if bragging, and inviting everyone, just like those referral sites, where you put your money, because you were enticed and promised to earn a fortune and then they take your money, and you end up disillusioned for the rest of your life.

To start a career in a business, you need to have a purpose, so that when you get there you can manage what you have earned and make it a great treasure for your life, as a great professional.

It is very easy to become a frustrated person. Start a project on impulse, and when it doesn't work out, you'll know what it's like to be frustrated.

Dedicate yourself to what you intend to be, make a brief assessment of where you are trying to go, if this is exactly where you were called, or if you can start a career, and if everything is going well, do it with pleasure and love.

Being a Medium writer is the greatest pleasure I have had as a writer in the last few months, because here I am in many tops, and it is a great privilege to write with them on this wonderful platform.

Everything I wrote is a lesson I learned to grow as a writer, and I finally got there, yes, now I am one of the best writers on the Medium platform, and now I can say that yes, I developed and I still need to learn more, because I am in love with letters, I love to write.
