Working from home often sounds a lot easier and more convenient than it is. During a time where many adults were forced to figure out how to transition to working from home a matter of moments. While some were able to figure this out, this has disproportionately affected certain populations, including women. Not everyone is thriving in this new work setting. Working from home may give you the disillusion that you may have a better diet and more balanced nutrition. By coming up with clear expectations and guidelines for how you will navigate this time, you can ensure that you have guardrails on your life. Not only can you establish a healthier balance during a chaotic time, but you can also help hold yourself accountable by knowing what your expectations are.

Working from home sounds a lot easier than it is.
