Navigating the Journey, from Fear, to Liberation; Overcoming Social Anxiety and Welcoming a Fresh Start
Social anxiety, also referred to as phobia is a mental health issue characterized by a strong fear of social situations. Individuals dealing with anxiety often feel extremely self conscious and fearful of being judged or rejected in settings. This can result in avoiding interactions, which can greatly affect ones well being. Social anxiety may manifest through symptoms, like sweating, trembling, fast heartbeat and difficulty speaking in scenarios. Title: The Unseen Rewards of a Good Heart
The Unseen Rewards of a Good Heart In a small town nestled between rolling hills and vast fields, lived a man named Ethan. We are 6 months into 2024 and I haven’t achieved all my goals yet.
We are 6 months into 2024 and I haven’t achieved all my goals yet. Let’s be true to ourselves, this is the stance of millions worldwide. HOW TO DEAL WITH NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

I, Human . Content Warning.
As a "humans", I've only written once in the Humans community. Funny that, isn't it? I mean it's not funny like Norm MacDonald's drawn-out joke here, but odd funny that I'd seen that community many times and scooted passed it. Others have written in it plenty of times, but not I. I mean, there's no rules, but as a human, it seems it's worth rectifying that omission. Or else I am playing against the bot-catching, Captcha style checks that regularly pass me as a human. Or something. (As further evidence of my humans-iness, I completely forgot that I had already written in Humans a while ago, so edited this piece accordingly to reflect that. As it originally said I had never written in the Humans community.)
