Terror in the New House

First Day

Caz, a wise head of the family, lived happily with his beloved wife, Susan. They were blessed with four beautiful daughters: Margaret, Ellie, Casie, and Megie.

One day, Caz received a new assignment in a distant area. Embracing this new challenge, Caz decided to buy a new house there. With great enthusiasm, he invited Susan and their children to start a new adventure in the new house and area.

Caz's family finally arrived at their new home after a long journey. Caz and Susan, along with their four daughters, stood in front of their new house. The house looked grand and spacious, situated in the suburb where Caz had been reassigned for work.

The large Victorian-style house stood majestically at the end of the street, surrounded by lush trees. As Caz parked the car in front of the house, Margaret, Ellie, Casie, and Megie jumped out with excitement, running into the front yard.

"This is our home now!" Ellie exclaimed, her eyes sparkling at the sight of the vast house.

Susan smiled, but in her heart, there was a slight unease she couldn't explain. The house felt too quiet, too eerie.

They began unpacking and arranging the furniture. The children helped as much as they could, while Caz and Susan directed them. Margaret and Ellie chose rooms upstairs, while Casie and Megie got rooms downstairs near their parents' bedroom.

They spent the entire day organizing their belongings, until night fell without them realizing it. During dinner in the large dining room, Susan felt a strange cold breeze, even though all the windows were tightly shut.

"I feel like this house has a long history," Susan said, looking at Caz.

"Yes, there must be many stories behind these walls," Caz replied with a smile, trying to dispel the anxiety in his wife's eyes.

First Night

After dinner, the children went to bed early due to exhaustion. Caz and Susan sat in the living room, enjoying their first quiet moment in the new house.

"Did you hear that?" Susan suddenly asked, her voice filled with anxiety.

"Hear what?" Caz asked, frowning.

"Footsteps upstairs," Susan replied, her voice trembling.

Caz got up from the sofa and cautiously climbed the stairs. Each step made the floorboards creak. When he reached the top floor, he checked every room. Margaret and Ellie were sound asleep, with no signs of activity. Caz went back downstairs and told Susan that everything was fine. However, Susan still felt uneasy.

The Following Days

Over the next few days, strange occurrences began to unfold. Ellie complained every night about hearing whispers in her room. The voices sounded like a woman speaking in a language she didn't understand.

Margaret, who was usually brave, started fearing sleeping alone after seeing a mysterious shadow moving in the hallway at night. She swore she saw the figure disappear into the wall.

Casie found their toys moved to different places every morning. Her favorite doll, which she placed on the table, was often found in another corner of the room, in a creepy position. Megie, who was usually cheerful, started crying frequently for no apparent reason, and no one could console her.

Second Week

By the second week, things got worse. One night, Susan woke up drenched in cold sweat. She felt the presence of someone in the room. When she opened her eyes, she saw a woman in an old-fashioned gown standing at the foot of the bed. The woman stared at her with a vacant expression.

Susan screamed, waking Caz, but the woman disappeared instantly. Caz tried to calm Susan down, but he knew something was terribly wrong with the house.

Horrifying Discovery

A few days later, while cleaning the attic, Caz found an old wooden box that was locked. Out of curiosity, he opened the box and found an old diary. The diary belonged to a woman named Clara who lived in the house about a hundred years ago.

In the diary, Clara wrote about her husband, George, who suddenly turned into a cruel and insane person. George began hearing whispers and seeing shadows, eventually driving him to murder his entire family before committing suicide. Clara herself disappeared without a trace, and rumors said her spirit still haunted the house.

Climax

That night, the terror reached its peak. The sounds of crying, screaming, and things falling echoed throughout the house. Margaret and Ellie hid in a closet, trembling with fear. Casie fainted in the bathroom after seeing a terrifying shadow in the mirror. Megie disappeared from her room.

Caz and Susan found Megie in the basement, sitting in a dark corner, talking to an invisible figure. Megie spoke in a language they didn't understand, her eyes looking vacant. When Susan tried to reach her, Megie screamed in a voice that wasn't hers.

"Let's get out of here right now!" Susan screamed in panic. Caz nodded in agreement, and they quickly gathered their terrified children.

Final Decision

Unable to endure the terrifying events any longer, Caz and Susan decided to leave the house and sell it. They realized that nothing was more important than the safety and happiness of their family. After selling the house, they moved to another place and tried to forget the terror they had experienced.

However, every time they saw the old house in photos or memories, they couldn't forget the ghostly whispers and shadows that continued to lurk. Even though they had left the house, the terror they experienced would forever be a part of their lives.
