Many revolutionaries fought against the British, but even before that, many poor people of the country were fighting for their rights. In the name of caste, they were being tortured and exploited for a long time. They had been hearing from the stories told by their ancestors that a God himself would come to relieve their suffering and now they were waiting for the stories to come true.

How is 'Captain Miller'? Story: The story of this film, which took place during the British rule, is about a village in Tamil Nadu, where the kings had snatched the right to enter the temple from the families of the laborers who built it for hundreds of years. Is. Many atrocities are also inflicted on them. Frustrated with such a life, a poor young man named Isa (Dhanush) joins the British Army so that he can gain respect. In the army he gets the name of Constable Miller. But in the army, when he has to open fire on his own countrymen, he becomes a rebel by killing a British officer. He names himself Captain Miller, who has a reward of Rs 10,000. Meanwhile, something happens that he gets a chance to fight another war against the British for the sake of his villagers. Was Captain Miller successful in his war? To know this you will have to go to the cinema.

'Captain Miller' is a film based on an excellent script.

The film's director and writer Arun Matheswaran has made a tight film based on an excellent script. He has portrayed a fictional story that took place during the British era on screen in an excellent manner. Especially his style of presenting the film on screen in four chapters is beautiful. At the same time, in this story of the British era, he has beautifully woven the injustice done in the name of caste at that time.

Story very interesting after interval, climax amazing

The film takes you into the world of British rule from the very beginning, but after the interval the story becomes very interesting. The climax of the film is amazing. In the end, the scope for its sequel has also been left. The cinematography of the film is excellent and its background score is also excellent. The music of the film also supports the story. This film, which tells the story of the war against the British, at some places also reminds you of the superhit film RRR.

If you are a fan of Dhanush then book your ticket.

It would not be wrong if this film is called completely Dhanush's film. He has done excellent acting in the entire film and he has looked very good in every style. 'Raanjhana' for the first time Dhanush, who has made the Hindi audience crazy since 'Atrangi Re', has made his debut with 'Atrangi Re'. I also did good work. Apart from Dhanush, other actors have also done a good job. The dialogues of the Hindi version of this film, dubbed from Tamil to Hindi, are good. If you are a fan of Dhanush and want to watch a great film this week, then you can buy a ticket for Captain Miller.

The director is known for his cinematography and incredible frames. With cinematographer Siddhartha Nuni’s contribution, Arun has yet again upheld his reputation. I overheard someone saying with frustration, “Yenda camera va aatikitae irukaan (Why the hell is shaking the camera constantly?)” And that’s the point of the chaotic shakes during the battles. But when the director wants you to linger on the sprawling dry land and its beauty, he treats you to his trademark extreme wide shots. And when he places his hero in the center of the frame, it gets immensely heroic. As a standalone track, GV Prakash’s “Killer Killer” is showy and ‘wannabe’, but when things hit the crescendo, nothing would have sufficed or complemented the cinema other than the over-the-top composition and lyrics.

Finally, about the devil himself; Dhanush is the hero Tamil cinema needs, who, I hope, would inspire many to understand that a story creates its hero and not the other way around. When talking about Captain Miller, no one would wonder whether it’s the star’s film or the director’s, a brain-dead debate that springs up whenever a star vehicle is released. In Captain Miller, he is everything the script needs him to be. He lets others take their credit. Even a nameless character with an uber-cool look gets his due hoots in the film, and that’s the success of Captain Miller
