Core Exercises for Soccer Players
Most physical activities are easier to do with a strong core. Not only that, but without a strong core, you're more likely to get tired faster, develop injuries, and even end up with poor posture. That's why I do core exercises every other day. I know that working out makes me better equipped to be a teammate and a lifemate. I'm at that point where I want to be a great life partner as much as I want to be a great partner on the soccer field. Core exercises will help me get both.

How To Become a Soccer Referee
It's actually a unique career path to accept, and I implore those who are serious to continue (as well as to never give up). You'll obviously be reciting a great many rules and regulations to yourself for some time, but don't forget this key tip: study plays as much as you can. Those before you didn't have YouTube or Twitter to watch some of the most legendary plays over and over again. These can help you in unlocking some of the more difficult concepts in how to become a soccer referee, like memorizing all of the certain calls, penalties, how to set up penalties, where to start the game, and so on.

How To Protect Yourself from a Soccer Injury
It's so easy to get an injury in soccer, in any sport as a matter of fact. Since we're hustling on the field or on the court, we tend to put ourselves at risk of getting an injury in any way. We sometimes lose ourselves in the moment and literally risk our bodies to score a goal. But honestly, in order to really go out there and get a goal, you're going to need to put more force into your actions. But this can possibly lead to injuries.

How To Clean Your Soccer Cleats Properly
Playing any sport is bound to make us filthy and sweaty at the end of a game. It simply shows how much effort we put into every game. However, soccer is definitely a sport that has us covered in dirt, sweat, and grass from head to toe. And our soccer cleats are the real victims in every game, unless you're wearing indoor soccer shoes for indoor soccer. Since the soles on cleats are constructed to be studded, they literally pick up everything, from chunks of dirt locked all around our soles and blades of grass tucked away under the laces. But we do need our cleats to be cleaned up and ready for the next soccer game every time.

Number Eight
You search your bag for your mouthguard. You swear you packed it away this morning, you need it to play today’s play off game. You find it tucked away under the folds of your bag. You stand up and look out the washroom window, past the frosted glass and in the space of the creases. You can see the other team lining up on the field, the rugby ball thrown at blistering speeds, its blue stripe fading away with its spin. You zip up your bag and check the strength of the knot you made with your laces. Your captain walks in. He stretches his neck up to look you in the face. He glances at the team outside as well. Placing his hands on your shoulder his words break the silence. “You can’t let their words get to you, your only as strong as you allow yourself to be.”

Basic Rules of Soccer Every Beginner Should Know. Top Story - November 2017.
A complete guide to understanding soccer is a challenge to grasp in of itself. Not everyone may know the rules and regulations behind the game. I would raise the argument that the only people in the world who truly know them at their deepest and most fundamental are the referees, and still I'm sure many would disagree with me. Still, it is an important concept that everyone willing to appreciate the sport, or learn it better, must follow if they want to play at their best. Integrating more of these rules into some of their best Xbox One games is just one way EA Sports intends on revolutionizing fitness and health to provide superior benefits to eSports.
