You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl. I like it that way. Love experiencing and being part of nature. Rest of the time I work in the kitchen making sweets for people to eat.

What Is Matcha?
The name "matcha" originates from Japan where green teas are some of the best. The trees for matcha are shade grown for three to four weeks before the leaves are harvested. This allows for more natural production of theanine and caffeine. It is because of this that matcha contains the highest amount of caffeine out of all teas. I myself was raised on the assumption that darker teas had more caffeine, much like coffee. This is wrong. Green tea at its lower elevations and higher amounts of insects on the plants contain higher amounts of caffeine.

Tea
In the world of tea, most people are only informed on Green, Black, Herbal, Matcha, and White tea. It is when you get further into it or even just brush the top of the knowledge that you find out there are more kinds of tea. Oolongs, Roibos, Yellow (which is very rare), Pu’erh, Sencha, blends, and Heichas are all different types of tea. The amazing thing is that they all come from the same type of plant. What makes them different is how they are processed. The only ones that are the exceptions are the herbals and blends, as they rarely have any actual tea leaves in them.

Social Media Trolls
Just recently I had a friend post a picture of themselves with a trophy they won't on their Instagram page. This was a big achievement for her. She has been working very hard for a long time for this achievement. One guy, though, decided to make comments about her weight. First by saying the trophy looked like a child's size. Of course that could have been interpreted differently if he had not continued to do more posts saying "Fat ass" and "Moooooo 🐄."

Settle It Down
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration defines road rage as "The operation of a motor vehicle in a manner that endangers or is likely to endanger persons or property." This doesn't just pertain to other drivers on the road. It is any driver or pedestrian that the aggression is targeted at. Rage is defined as 1: violent, uncontrollable anger, 2: feel or express violent behavior. To do this while operating a motor vehicle of any sort is considered road rage. Some examples of road rage are, but not limited to, cutting off other drivers, verbal insults, physical threats, dangerous driving, no turn signal, excessive honking, and insulting gestures.
