I'm not the most sophisticated adult out there. I'm also not the best at communicating all the time, but I do try my best to get my thoughts out there into the world verbally or nonverbally.

Split Into Pain
If you were to ask anyone how they felt about The Split, Patton and Logan would admit in their own ways that they believed it was for the best, Deceit would be...tricky to get an answer out of, and Virgil would just say he was trying to distance himself since it was long before he even tried to get along with the other Light Sides. The silence from everyone else made it deafeningly clear that the only ones that actually felt...anything worth responding with were Roman and Remus. Though various forces tried to keep them apart, they were still connected my different sculptures in their hearts molded by the same pain.

Empathized and Alone
Warnings: reference to a past plague I looked out the window of my cabin knowing very well that I can't avoid the day no matter how hard I tried. I felt my phone buzz and recognized I received a text from Anton. I remembered a time when I was so eager to keep in touch with friends. I remembered a time when I would run out of the house to seize the day just to see my friends. I remembered a time when I would make half-jokes about doing errands quickly just to stay in the house longer. The person I joked about being stared back from my dim reflection in the window, but I knew all too well that that person was somewhere else in the world. I knew I couldn't stay inside forever no matter what how many delivery apps were still working. Eventually, I caved and left the cabin to get some fresh air.

Imprisoned Twin
Warnings: swears, violence, prison r*pe The man had made it through parole after so many years within the walls of prison. Whilst hailing a taxi, he thought about everything that was officially behind him: violence, bigotry, actions done without his consent in order to survive, nothing that would make someone want to go to prison. So, why would he throw away a decade of his life? The simple reason is his brother committed murder and, fortunately (or unfortunately), they were twins, so he thought that going for him would be the right thing to do. On his way home, he wondered if he'd be forgotten about even after the various letters were exchanged between himself and his husband or any of their friends. He stared blankly out the window as his destination was getting closer. He hoped he hadn't changed too much and he hoped he was still loved.

Admirers
Patton, Roman, and Virgil found themselves in a bit of a dilemma: they were all in love with the same guy, Logan. Once all of the Light Sides except for Logan found out, they...actually didn't feud for Logan's heart. Well, they did, but in a passive aggressive manner. They decided to leave anonymously romantic gestures to Logan at random to see if Logan would guess whom the gesture was from hopefully, thus prompting one of the admirers to reveal themselves and possibly go out with Logan.

Buzzkills
Virgil and I isolated ourselves in my bedroom watching some films on Shudder while everyone else was playing some board games and binging some Disney films. Sure, we were alone, but at least we weren't considered the "buzzkills" of our little group. Just because we're accepted parts of Thomas didn't mean we weren't outcasts.

Beaten Out of Feeling
Warnings: torment, hostage situation, expecting Stockholm Syndrome, malnutrition Virgil couldn't bear to move as he heard Roman open the door. He couldn't bring himself to express gratitude as he smelled and felt Roman leave a plate of breakfast for him on the bed. He couldn't even allow himself to released the imprisoned sobs to accompany his escaping tears as Roman gently kissed his cheek and said "I love you" before leaving the room. He expected Stockholm Syndrome from his past, so why couldn't feel an attachment toward...anyone?

How I Learned to Properly Play With Myself
Warnings: sexual activities and thoughts, kinks, nudity, Remus, swears, mild blood If you think about it, it's not really weird. After all, apart from aces and the innocent, who hasn't had arousing thoughts swarming in their heads? Maybe it was boredom that drew me to the idea, or was it loneliness? Maybe curiosity? Could it have been all of the above? What am I talking about? Well, let me explain.

Daily Attacks
Warnings: bullying, speculating death Patton was beyond excited for his first day of high school. Sure, he was nervous, but there were some things that kept a smile on his face: the idea of being joined by old and new friends and the thought that his brother, Logan would be there for his Junior year. Although the school had students from kindergarten to 12th grade, it still felt like a different stage to Patton.

The Other Guy (part 2)
Warning: attempted suicide "What do you mean we're over?" "Exactly that. We're over!" Logan was on an evening stroll with Nicole and, though he wasn't fond of going on "dates" with her, it wasn't until she rambled about marriage that he had enough.

The Other Guy
warning: suicidal actions "He'll come out. It'll only be a matter of time before he comes out and we can be public." That was something Roman always told himself. Whenever they were in Creative Writing and he saw Nicole making flirty gestures and remarks that he knew Logan was aware of because he made the same gestures and remarks when they were alone, he repeated that phrase to himself in order to keep himself from committing violent actions that his brother was known for.

Gainesville Glamour
Although he was considered the Golden Child in contrast to his brother, Roman still had some parts of him that his mother considered "faults". He felt comfortable hanging out with girls without constantly feeling entitled to a relationship with any of them, he preferred theatre over sports, and he was fond of teaching himself how to do makeup, something he mastered on himself and his female friends. Not only that, but, for the sake of not frustrating his mother, he styled his hair in a way so that some of his hair would cover the rest of it that was contained by a ponytail holder. Everyone else who accepted him knew that he wouldn't dare cut his long locks that he worked so hard on.
