The Grave Digger

Kazeem had just relocated to the city of Lagos to start a new live and make enough money like his other mates who had been successful.

Adekunle his best friend who agreed on him staying with him at his house till he was financially stable offered him a job as a cleaner at a restaurant which he worked as a cashier.

Kazeem was disgusted by the offer as he wasn't ready to turn himself into a common cleaner boy, he challenged adekunle for not giving him the cashier position just like he had.

But adekunle told him it wasn't in his power as he wasn't a management staff.

"I'm really sorry but that's the position the HR said you'll be working as for now, perhaps as times go on you will be promoted when they see your seriousness and hard work" kunle explained as kazeem turned deaf ears.

"What the fuck do you take me for kunle? A whole me washing customers toilet? For what? Because I came to spend some time in your house?" Kazeem ranted.

"Why are you taking this personal? I'm only trying to help here" adekunle said.

"Well I don't need your help okay!.... Rubbish" kazeem snapped as he storms out of the house.

The next day adekunle was shocked as kazeem was out of his house, he never asked him to leave but was surprised he left as a result of the quarrel they had the previous day.

He tried calling him but he wasn't answering, then he decided to leave him and continue with his life.

Now kazeem is introduced to Tony , Tony is a member of a secret cult who agreed to help kazeem make billions of naira. He introduced him to a weekly task that would fetch him 10 million naira after the task has been carried out.

Kazeem was marveled and extremely shocked and excited at the same time and when he asked what the task was all about. Tony said;

"Digging graves!"

Kazeem was in fright at first and not sure whether to accept the offer but after days of rigorous thinking he said YES.

Kazeem dug graves for a secret group called the Order of the Veiled. They performed mysterious rituals, and Kazeem prepared the graves for their victims.

One night, while digging a grave under a bloody moon, Kazeem found an ancient object. It glowed with an evil energy, and he felt a chilling presence. The object spoke to him in a voice that sent shivers down his spine, "You've disturbed the rest of the damned, Kazeem. Now, you'll join them."

As the ground swallowed him whole, Kazeem realized he was trapped in a terrifying nightmare. The Order had been using his graves to bring back an ancient evil, and he was the final sacrifice.

As he was buried alive, Kazeem's screams echoed through the forest. He regretted not listening to his best friend adekunle and accepting his work offer. Now he was paying with his life. The Order's ritual was complete, and the grave digger became their latest victim.
