Incase no one told you today

My love you need to hear this today

There are times when we doubt how far can we go. When we fall into the comfort of comparison and diminish our self-worth because of not being enough for the world.

But what exactly is enough? Is being enough for the world a testament to how worthy we are, of our journey or is it a mere perception of the people who want us to conform to their level of understanding? The scintillating winds of change blow over the traces of time. The ones that change the way we look at people and look at the world. We foster the existence of mankind and humanity and gallop our evolution to the edge of time. Life manifests itself in the shuddered breaths of hard work and willpower that we pour into every aspect of life we indulge in.

We often dull our shine to let the sparkle of someone else’s joy remains kindled. By doing that we fool ourselves into being kind and compassionate. On the contrary, the reality is that we are scared. Fearful for what they might think, of how we would be perceived if we took too much space. The ones who follow the unconventional path are named as unsuccessful or appalling for not fitting in with the norms. Validation from others is what we need to grow and sustain. How many of us have been taught that? nurtured with the teaching of not being too loud or too bold.

There are voices in our heads that constantly remind us of how unworthy we are to achieve our dreams. Whenever we achieve something we have worked hard for, our imposter syndrome kicks in and tricks us into believing that it was a mere coincidence of luck and not our hard work and capability. We are our own worst enemies when we don’t credit ourselves for the growth we have accomplished and the journey that is individualistic to us. Self-doubt chains us to our comfort zone and keeps us from reaching our highest potential. And the world we live in would use our self-doubt as a catalyst for our downfall. It is essential for us to know that the world perceives you as the version of yourself you hold for yourself.

The next time you doubt yourself, here are some reminders to recenter yourself and calm your anxious thoughts.⏬

💡Know that your journey is unique to you and that you do not need to adhere to anyone’s perceivable reality of your life.

💡You are not obligated to work according to the set timelines; everything meant for you will happen at the right time. We live in absolute time zones that have their own timelines.

💡When self-doubt kicks in, replace it with action. Remember, it is not about moving mountains every single day; it is about setting small goals and being consistent in your practise. Confidence builds itself on the foundation of the promises we keep to ourselves and others.

Let me tell you it is okay to be loud about what makes you happy. It is your responsibility to celebrate every little win you achieve. Life is an uncertain ride that plonks in misery and the next moment joy shows its presence through bits of sanguinity in the hopefulness of tomorrow.

I am learning to live life as it comes and be proud of my journey. We all should have pride in how far we have come and hold faith in how far we can go. Everyone is on a different journey and your individuality is what makes you uniquely you.

In celebration of your journey in the hard climb,

I hope you hold pride in every victory of your one endeavor at a time.

Best
