Hi there! How are you doin'? Not well? Tired? Or looking for improvements? Are you trying to groom yourself? You are at the right place. Today, I'm going to tell you some techniques to handle failure. Ok, so what is failure? Many say being unsuccessful, or not getting what you want, or maybe even, a hard time that has come upon oneself. But I'd rather say that;

"Failure is a part of life, with a lower ranking than usual."

Now, I won't say all the customary things like it's necessary, or needed, or something that comes to everyone and much more. No, while some are born with a silver spoon, and don't have to go through such rocky paths, they constitute only about 0.00000something per cent. And I have no hesitation in affirming that, they don't garden much on their patch of soil. Here's what is needed to learn how to deal with it;

1. Well, first you need to make sure that no, and I mean absolutely no emotions take hold of you. It's not a matter of a few minutes or seconds but, it should be consistent, so you can conversely use the same emotions as fuel for a better return. Patience in this regard is very important.

2. Once, you make sure, you have dealt with emotion, strike for a plan next, and it doesn't matter what the plan is. Just keep one goal in mind, for the time being, you need to give yourself something to do, and that something to do should be lying somewhere between a temporary distraction and a stronger future plan. A strong mentality in this regard is very important.

3. Next, figure out your position. And by this, I mean that you need to learn the difference between who you were and who you are before and after the failure respectively. Acceptance, in this regard, is very important.

4. After that, the most important part, learn. Learn from your mistakes, accept your mistakes, embrace yourself and prepare for what may come next. Act smartly, and respond accordingly.

5. Don't be afraid of consequences. Of course, they seem bitter but if it wasn't for the consequences you would never have been able to see a better picture. Each consequence acts as a seed for a new lesson. So embrace them wholeheartedly, and stay calm while doing so.

6. Finally, figure out all the ways to get back in the picture. Illustrate different ways to prove yourself and what you can do.

That's all for today. Goodluck folks!
