There is a quote that goes:

“Be the one who brings ease to people, do not create difficulties for them.”

Human life is already difficult for many of us on different scales or levels of life. The simple yet one of the easiest things you can do, which costs you zero dollars is be the one who makes it easier, not harder.

A mantra everyone should adopt

This is the best skill that doesn’t require fancy degrees or lots of energy. We all at some point need more easy-to-work-with people in our lives!

The amazing thing is this skill looks so simple. And yet so difficult:

  • Avoiding overthinking everything
  • Staying open-minded to new ideas
  • Communicating with ease and honesty
  • Finding simple solutions to complex tasks
  • Avoiding micromanagement and unnecessary complexity

While simplifying complex processes into simple ones can be difficult, being open, kind, and receptive is something we can do every day.

So my friend, reduce the friction and good things will happen!

Let’s be of those, who whenever anyone is in a fix think of you and only relate ease with your name.
