When I began to truly love myself, I noticed some changes. I started going to bed earlier and enjoyed exercising more. My worries and anxieties faded away, and I felt confident about pursuing the things and people that mattered to me. I found a passion for them that burned brightly. That’s when life started for me.

You can never really understand someone unless you walk in their shoes and see things from their perspective.

But when you do, it can sometimes make you feel sad just walking the path they’ve walked.

It’s important to give time to yourself — time for sleep, for reading, for hobbies, and for appreciating the world around you. Instead of wasting time on dull or unimportant things, taking control of your time allows you to feel a sense of calm in everyday life, and those feelings of anxiety will naturally fade away.

If one day, you find that you’re not seeking love or success as goals to achieve, but rather just loving and doing things for their own sake, that’s when your life truly begins.

When I truly started to love myself, I realized that much of the pain I felt was just a reminder to stay true to myself.

Except for physical illness, most of the pain we experience is caused by our values, not reality.

Remember, we’ll never be younger than we are today! Sometimes, the things we care about too much can bring us more suffering, and chasing after things we can’t attain is pointless. Sometimes, it’s wiser to let go than to persist blindly.

Finding nourishment from others brings great happiness, and nurturing others is a sign of true growth.

May we always have wonder in our eyes, vastness in our hearts, and beauty in every corner of our life.
