Across the sea, a danger grows

Taiwan, the treasure he wants to take

A war to make the island break

Penghu's shields can't withstand

The first attack, a painful hit

To clear the way for troops to fit

Tsai Ing-wen, brave and tough

Knows well this fight will be rough

She asks for help, both near and far

To aid Taiwan, to end this scar

Biden and Kishida, quick to react

Ready to fight back this attack

The U.S. Navy, with Japan's strength

Face China's army at any length

On Taiwan's shores, the war goes on

As Chinese soldiers, in waves upon

Try hard to gain a place to stand

But Taiwan's troops defend their land

In high hills and urban roads

Sneaky plans, the PLA's load

With normal folks too, they fight with might

For months and months, they buy respite

The price is steep, the damage vast

But Taiwan's will, forever last

With aid from pals, they change the game

And make Xi's side retreat in shame

A war prevented, but wounds stay deep

The cost of calm, a price to keep

Taiwan remains, a shining star

A proof of freedom, near and far.
