Unspoken love

The heart that can't let go.

In quiet rooms, where shadows fall, She loves someone she can't call. Her heart is wild, yet held tight, By fate that says they can't unite.

She sees him in the morning light, A dream that feels so right. His laugh, like a summer breeze, Brings joy but also unease.

Her days are colored by his smile, But nights bring thoughts that stay awhile. A distant star she can't embrace, A truth she finds hard to face.

She writes her love in secret notes, In notebooks where her heart floats. Each word a tear, each line a sigh, For love that's real, yet must deny.

She dreams of what can never be, A future lost to destiny. But in her heart, she'll always keep, A love that's quiet, pure, and deep.
