One by one, petals fall in the mist of the fog,

His fingers so delicate as he pulls,

As petals fall, fall, fall.

Broken, as he whisper’s a reply,

“You are mine tonight”,

As he pulls, pulls, pulls.

One petal tears and then another.

His wicked lips glimmer.

“You are mine.” He whispers again.

She whimpers.

Heart beats stolen in the mist of his darkness.

This prince is lost in the demon’s shimmer.

Kisses of rusted blades, as a breath is forsaken to the summer’s mourn,

She feels forever ragged beneath the grasp of his teeth.

For she is his flower,

A promise of another spring,

A piece of an angel’s kiss,

as he destroys, destroys, destroys her.
