Oh, to have him, to hold him so tight
In my arms, where he'd be alright
His eyes, they shine like the stars in the night
And his smile, it lights up the world with delight
His touch, it sets my heart aflame
And his voice, it's like music to my name
I long to be the one he calls by name
To have him, to love him, to be his aim
But alas, he's gone, and I am left
To pine for him, to weep and to be bereft
Oh, to have him, to hold him so tight
In my arms, where he'd be alright
